Shipping policy

Shipping: Shipping is currently only provided to customers in Ireland, UK, and United States. Shipping is through our partners, An Post, and will take 3-7 business days. 

United States: Orders shipped to the United States will attract an approximate 4-8% US Import Duty. This will have to be settled separately and at the expense of the customer before US Customs can forward the package to its final destination.

Returns: Returns, if confirmed by our team can be made to our business address [ 7 Wendon Park, Delgany Wood, Co. Wicklow, Ireland, A63T448 ]. This will be at your own expense. Please send in a suitable parcel that protects the box and jewellery components, along with your details so we can confirm the return with customer records and the sales team.
